If you want to stand out from the crowd and access the most exclusive positions, you can request the Qobix Certification. It's an optional, free, but highly selective path, designed to validate your actual engineering skills.

No multiple-choice tests and no abstract, useless algorithms. Our evaluation is based on real production challenges. You will be asked to review a complex Pull Request or design the architecture of a scalable system.

If you pass the practical test, you will face an interview with an internal Tech Lead at Qobix. A 'dev to dev' conversation, on equal footing, to explore your mindset, your approach to problem-solving, and your ability to work in a team.
In pratica:no HR intermediaries, only engineers who speak your same technical language.
Once you pass the process, your profile earns the 'Qobix Certified' Badge. The algorithm will give you absolute priority in searches by Premium companies. For CTOs, your profile will be considered 'pre-validated', allowing you to skip tedious initial technical tests from companies.
