Community Code of Conduct
We want to eliminate toxic practices in IT recruiting. This document defines the mutual commitments between Qobix, developers, and companies to ensure an ecosystem based on merit and respect.
Post-interview silence is not allowed. Qobix requires every interaction to receive feedback, even if negative. We value transparency to allow developers to grow and companies to maintain their professional credibility.
In pratica:obligation to provide technical or motivational feedback within 10 working days of the last contact.
The platform is strictly reserved for direct connections. Access is not permitted for headhunting agencies, 'body rental' intermediaries, or figures not integrated into the company's technical decision-making processes.
In pratica:only CTOs, Tech Leads, or Engineering Managers can initiate technical conversations.
We promote profiles based on technical reality. All information regarding the tech stack, experience, and projects must be truthful. Manipulating skills to force matches damages the entire ecosystem.
In pratica:constant profile validation through official repositories and technical verifications.
Selection processes must be streamlined and justified. We condemn the use of disproportionate 'take-home challenges' or unpaid technical tests that require days of work without a real guarantee of advancement.
In pratica:technical tests must be targeted and commensurate with the seniority of the position.
The privacy of programmers and the trade secrets of companies are sacred. Any misuse of contact data or confidential information exchanged during interviews will result in immediate expulsion from the platform.
In pratica:strict adherence to GDPR and industrial confidentiality protocols.
