01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Qobix, the user agrees to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.

02. Service Description

Qobix is a directory that facilitates direct contact between developers and companies. Qobix is not a recruitment agency: we do not act as intermediaries, we do not participate in negotiations, and we do not receive commissions on hirings or contracts signed between the parties.

03. User Responsibility

User Obligations:

  • • Accuracy: information about skills and experience must be accurate.
  • • Security: you are solely responsible for protecting your password.
  • • Conduct: using the platform for spam, data scraping, or illegal activities is prohibited.

04. Premium Plans and Payments

The Premium subscription (€9.90/month) offers advantages in terms of visibility and data access.

  • Renewal: subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel the renewal at any time from your dashboard with one click.
  • Refunds: as digital services with immediate access, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to Stripe policies.

05. Certification and Qobix Badge

Nature and Limits of Assessment:

The technical verification process and the possible issuance of the "Qobix Certified" badge constitute an assessment of exclusively private and internal nature to the platform.

  • • No legal value: the badge attests to the passing of technical tests based on our quality standards, but does not constitute a degree, official certification (e.g., ISO), or professional qualification recognized by the State.
  • • Discretion: we reserve the unquestionable right to assign, refuse, suspend, or revoke the badge at any time, based on the outcome of our internal assessments or in case of violation of the code of conduct.

06. Limitation of Liability

Exclusion Clause:

Qobix does not guarantee hiring or contract conclusion. We are not responsible for interactions, disputes, or damages resulting from contact between developers and companies. The service is provided "as is".

07. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account in case of violation of terms or improper conduct. Qobix may modify platform functionality at any time to improve the user experience.
